Why this set
One pan, four jobs.
A cookware set should earn its place, then know when to make room. The handle is a spring clamp: it grips the rim, and it squeezes off. So the pan you cooked in is the dish you serve from, the container you cover in the fridge, and — handle off — one of a stack that fits in a single cupboard.

Is the handle actually secure?
It is a spring clamp, not a screw. Close it on the rim and lift the pan an inch to feel it grip before you carry it. Release only once the pan is resting on something steady.
Which set should I pick?
6 pieces for one or two people. 17 pieces if you cook most nights — six pans and pots, both handles, every cover. 20 pieces adds the three silicone tools. The 12-piece sits between.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. The die-cast pans have a composite bottom and work on induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic. Match each pan to a ring about its own size.
What are the two kinds of cover for?
The glass covers with the silicone rim are cooking lids. The soft covers are for the fridge — let the food cool, press one on, and the pan becomes the container.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool, then warm water, mild soap and a soft sponge. No scourers, no abrasive cleaner, silicone or wooden tools on the surface. Slip the felt pads between the pans when you nest them.
Can I really put the pan on the table?
That is the point of the handle coming off. Use a trivet or a folded cloth under it the way you would any hot dish, and serve straight from the pan.
