How to measure
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level across your back.
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline, where you usually wear your trousers.
Measure over light clothing with a soft tape measure, snug but not tight. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
